HISTORY :- 
Hindustan University, formerly Hindustan College of Engineering, was established in the year 1985, in Padur, Tamil Nadu, India,is a Christian minority educational institution. It was recently renamed to Hindustan Institute of Technology and Sciences (HITS), and is now a deemed university.[citation needed] The courses offered here are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, and are accredited by the NBA. New Delhi, India.
